AIC promotes Quality Improvement (QI) through facilitating collaborative workshops focusing on clinical and process improvement. During the workshop, Lean methodology and QI tools are introduced, and Community Care organisations are guided in their improvement projects. 

In addition, QI toolkits are available for Community Care organisations to guide them as they embark on their improvement journey. 

The toolkits contain good practices from past projects and examples of Community Care providers’ QI projects. Click here to download them.

- Sustaining and spreading improvement efforts through standardisation of good practices
