MODULE 1:
PEOPLE, YOU, AND TEAMS
Based on their own unique personality profile, participants will gain deeper insights into themselves, and consider motivations and meanings of leadership. They will learn how to lead high-performing teams and how to get and keep highgrade manpower to provide high quality and person-centered care. Experiential sharing sessions provide insights into leadership journeys of other leaders.
MODULE 2:
THE BIG PICTURE – SYSTEMS,
TRENDS, AND CULTURE
This module provides insights on
current policies and megatrends in
Community Care in a big-picture
view. Participants will develop an
in-depth understanding of a wide
spectrum of current and evolving
issues related to Community
Care, including fitting in and
diversity in the workforce. Panel
discussions with a wide range of
stakeholders allow participants
to better understand social and
health integration and the role of
the Regional Health System.
MODULE 3
POWER, POLICY, AND
INFLUENCE
In the final module, participants
will be empowered to translate
their vision into action within
the organisation. This means,
influencing stakeholders
regardless of how much formal
authority one has over them,
and leveraging various levers of
power within hierarchies. Dialogue
sessions with policy makers, and
experiential sessions on leadership
round off this module and provide
participants with the tools to
thrive within a complex network of
stakeholders.
