Themed ACP in Cultural Diversity: More Similar than Different, the bi-annual conference is being held in Asia for the very first time. Join us in Singapore from 9 to 11 April 2021 as regional and international experts, practitioners, ethicists, leaders and policy makers involved in ACP and the end-of-life care development realm come together to share knowledge and discuss pressing issues, research findings, as well as ideas on innovative approaches.

This conference also serves as a platform for the cross-pollination of ideas for relatively newer areas such as ACP in special needs and pediatric groups, and ACP in primary care settings.

We will be joined by the following esteemed speakers:

Dr. Bernard Hammes is one of the founders and Executive Director Emeritus of Respecting Choices. His life work has been primarily focused on improving care for patients with serious illness.

Louise Aronson, MD MFA
