MODULE 1
GIVING DIRECTION: THE PERSONAL AND THE COMMUNITY
To lead, one must give direction - and giving direction starts with oneself. Participants will be led through a self-assessment, and appreciate the crafting of strategy for the future through innovation. Health and Community Care will be placed in the Singapore and world wide context. An appreciation of team leadership and its best practices round off this first module.
MODULE 2
LEADERSHIP FINANCE, AND CHANGE
In this module, participants delve into leadership proper, with instructions for effective coaching and the challenges arising when leading though a change agenda. Attention is given to financial responsibility and accountability for a sustainable person-centred care model.
